Infusionsoft Implementer

Location: Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines

The position is “remote”, meaning you’ll work from home. But our PH team meets in person once per week.

As an Infusionsoft Implementer at Box Out Marketing you’ll be responsible for completing various implementation tasks each day. These tasks will be conveyed to you from our Customer Success team, and it will be your responsibility to execute on each task. We’re looking for someone who has experience with the Infusionsoft platform, third party tools (FixYourFunnel, PlusThis, etc) and WordPress. 

An Infusionsoft Implementer is primarily responsible for customer success by completing implementation tasks. This takes form in 3 primary roles (your Big 3): 

1. Daily tasks completed
   1. Customers succeed when we complete work in an efficient, timely manner. You’ll receive daily tasks assigned to you from our Customer Success team, and it will be your responsibility to complete them.
   2. Attention to details is a must.
2. Training consumed
   1. At Box Out, you’ll have the opportunity to be exposed to a vast library of training materials. One of your responsibilities is to develop your expertise each week.
3. Number of hours tracked
   1. We strive to create as efficient a team as possible. You’ll be responsible for tracking the number of hours it takes to complete each task.
