8:30am - 9:00am - Registration and Check In

9:00am - 9:15am - Welcome, Housekeeping, and Introductions

9:15am - 10:15am - 2020 Dreaming Session

During this session we’ll walk you through a structured process to help you remove all barriers to your current thinking and allow you to dream big.  This will be the foundational work that will guide the rest of the time in the workshop and set you up for your “Best Year Ever”.

10:15am - 11:15am - Establishing Your Baseline

Next we’ll help you establish baseline metrics from your 2019 year so that we can identify bottlenecks and opportunities for 2020.

12:15pm - 1:30pm - Working Lunch

During lunch we’ll continue to work on identifying your MOST IMPACTFUL opportunity for 2020.

2:30pm - 4:30pm - Your Execution Plan

We’ll take you through a simple planning process that helps you break down your big goal for the year into priorities and actionable steps.  Then we’ll calendar those out so you leave with a very specific plan of action you can follow to have your BEST YEAR EVER in 2020.

9:00am - 11:00am - Hot Seats

Each workshop attendee will have a few minutes to take the hot seat and share their big goal for 2020. The Box Out team and the other attendees will provide insight, poke holes, and help you fully flesh out your execution plan.

11:00am - 12:00pm - The Way

Here we’re going to share The Way – a simple set of rules and organizational structure that makes Infusionsoft super easy for ANYONE.

12:00pm - 1:30pm - Lunch

1:30pm - 4:00pm - Campaign Building

With your execution plan complete, and some Infusionsoft training under your belt, you’ll now be ready to start checking off tasks in your execution plan.  The most important thing is to get the campaigns built that will be the foundation for your BEST YEAR EVER in 2020.  The Box Out team will be roaming the room helping each attendee get their campaigns built out in the right way.

4:00pm - 4:45pm - Recap, Commitments, and the Rest Of 2020

As we wrap up, we’ll recap what we’ve learned, have everyone make commitments to follow through with their execution plans, and make sure you leave with a solid plan for your BEST YEAR EVER in 2020.
