My name is Tyler Garns and my company is called Box Out Marketing.
We serve small business owners through a systematic business coaching program that helps entrepreneurs build profitable, sustainable businesses that support themselves and their families.
I’ve been in marketing & sales for over 15 year and before starting this business I was the Vice President of Marketing at a very successful software company. Box Out Marketing is the culmination of years of experience. I invite you to learn more about our company and our mission by going here.
Our offices are located in San Marcos/San Elijo Hills, CA.
If you’re selected for this position, you’ll work here every day and our typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The position starts at $15-20/hour with significant growth opportunities available for “A Players”.

Our hiring process isn’t quick and easy.
We’re going to ask you to jump through a few hoops to prove you’ve got the character as well as demonstrate the values that align with our team and mission.
You’ll be asked to take multiple tests.
You’ll have a least 2-3 interviews.
And we’re going to take our time in making sure you’re someone we want to invest our resources in growing.
While the position you’re reading about here is for an entry level Web Developer, that’s not what we’re really looking for.
We can find someone to perform that job anywhere.
We’re looking for someone who wants grow with us in the years to come. Over the years I’ve developed many entry level employees to top-performing managers. And because they’re “A Players”, they were promoted quickly through the ranks.
